Perth is a long way from almost everywhere, most long haul routes out of here involve at least one connection, and a schedule change on the wrong leg does not cost you an hour, it costs you a day.
Anyone can find a fare. Every booking is handled by one consultant, and you get their name and their direct email address in the first reply. They keep the booking. When your flight time moves or a hotel changes its terms, the person who contacts you is the person who made the booking and already knows what is on it.
That is the whole argument for using an agent rather than a booking site, so we would rather be judged on it than on a list of adjectives.
What you can expect
