Group and family travel
One itinerary for the whole group, and nobody chasing the group chat
Weddings, reunions, milestone birthdays and school holiday trips where more than one household is travelling. We hold the seats, quote each family on their own, and give the organiser a list of who has paid instead of a job.
What is included

What is not included
- The wedding, the venue and the event itself. We book the travel around it
- Visas and entry permits, which each traveller applies for themselves
- Travel insurance, which each traveller arranges for their own household
- Chasing travellers who have not paid. We tell the organiser who is outstanding, they make the call
How it works
The organiser tells us the shape of it
Dates, destination, roughly how many people and how many separate households. We do not need everybody passport details at this stage, and asking for them too early is how groups stall.
We check what the airline will hold
Group terms differ by airline and by route. We come back with what can be held, for how long, what the deposit per person is, and the date names have to be on the booking by.
Everybody books against the held seats
Each household deals with us directly and pays their own way. The organiser can see who has paid without having to ask anybody, which is the part that usually causes friction.
Names go on before the deadline
Held group seats release if names are not loaded by the airline deadline. We track that date and remind the organiser well before it matters, not the week it expires.
Questions about group travel
How many people makes it a group?
Most airlines treat ten or more people travelling together on the same flights as a group, though the number and the terms vary by airline and by route. Below that we still book everybody together, just on ordinary fares. Either way you get one itinerary and one contact.
Can everyone pay separately?
Yes. Each household gets its own quote, its own invoice and its own tickets. The organiser is never left holding somebody else deposit, which is the single most common reason a group trip falls apart before it is booked.
What happens if someone drops out?
It depends how close to departure you are and whether names are already on the tickets. Before names go on, a held seat can usually be released or passed to somebody else cheaply. After ticketing it follows the ordinary fare rules for that ticket. We set both out at the start so the organiser can decide the group deposit policy with the facts in front of them.
Do you handle destination weddings?
We handle the travel for one: the flights, the accommodation and the transfers for everybody attending. We do not plan the wedding and we do not coordinate the venue or the suppliers. Most couples pair us with a planner on the ground where the wedding is.
