The right fare out of Perth, with the rules explained first
A cheap fare you cannot change is not cheap once your dates move. We price the routing and the rules together, and we tell you what a change or a cancellation would cost before you pay for anything.
What is included
- International and domestic fares departing Perth
- Multi-stop and open-jaw routings priced as a single trip
- Connection times checked against the airline minimum, not the booking engine default
- Seat, meal and baggage requests loaded with the booking
- Frequent flyer numbers added before ticketing, so the points actually credit
- Change, cancellation and no-show rules in writing before you pay
What is not included
- Visas, passports and entry permits. We tell you what you need and by when, you apply for them
- Travel insurance. We tell you what to check in a policy, we do not advise on which one to buy
- Award seats bought with your own points, which have to come from your own account
- Airport parking, lounge passes and anything bought at the airport on the day
How it works
Send your dates and how flexible they are
Departure city, who is travelling, and whether you can move by a few days. On long haul out of Perth a three day window often changes the fare more than the choice of airline does.
We price two or three routings
Each option shows the airline, the connection times, the baggage allowance and the total including taxes. If one of them is cheaper booked direct with the airline, that goes on the quote too.
We ticket and load the details
Once you approve an option we issue the ticket, add your frequent flyer number and seat preferences, and email the itinerary the same day.
We watch it until you fly
Airlines move schedules months out from departure. When yours moves we check the connection still works and rebook it, rather than leaving an airline email in your inbox to find.
Questions about flights
Can you beat the price I found online?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. We reach fares that are not published on comparison sites, particularly on multi-stop trips and on some long haul routes out of Perth. A sale fare on a simple return is often cheapest exactly where you found it. Send us the screenshot and we will tell you either way.
What happens if the airline changes my schedule?
We hear about it before you do, because the booking sits with us. We check whether the new connection still works, then rebook it or request a refund under the airline schedule change policy. You do not have to sit in a call centre queue to get it done.
Do you book award seats using my frequent flyer points?
No. Award seats have to be booked from your own frequent flyer account, and handing your login to anybody, including us, breaches the airline terms and can cost you the balance. We will happily tell you which routes and dates are worth looking at.
Can I hold a fare while I decide?
It depends on the fare. Some allow a hold of a day or two, many do not hold at all, and a few require ticketing within hours of booking. We tell you which one yours is when we send the quote, rather than after you have made up your mind.
Send us the route and the dates
You get two or three options with the total price and the fare rules on each one.
