What to put in your email
None of it has to be final. The more of it you can give us up front, the more likely the first reply contains options rather than questions.
- Where you want to go, and roughly when
- Who is travelling, including the ages of any children
- Whether your dates can move, and by how much
- A budget range, even a rough one
- Anything already booked around it, such as a cruise or an event ticket
